Reconnective Healing in Lakewood and Denver

Reconnective Healing is different from Reiki, Qi Gong, or any other healing technique. It is considered to be beyond technique altogether, and it is one of the two forms of energy healing I offer.

What It Is

Reconnective Healing is a form of energy healing that reconnects us to the fullness of our beings and of who we are. It is understood to reconnect us to the universe and to our very essence through a new set of frequencies, and possibly through an entirely new bandwidth.

Every challenge we carry is some combination of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. In the presence of Reconnective Healing, you allow yourself to come back into balance.

I am a Reconnective Healing Foundational Practitioner, trained in the work developed by Dr. Eric Pearl.

How It Differs from Reiki

This is the question I am asked most often, and the two really are distinct.

Reiki is a structured, hands-on practice involving specific hand placements on or just above the body. It is gentle and many people recognise it as deeply calming.

Reconnective Healing is performed primarily off the body. There are no hand placements and no technique being applied. The work happens in the energy field rather than through touch, and people often describe the sensation as distinctly its own.

Very few practitioners offer both. Because I am trained in each, we can talk through which feels right for you, and there is no wrong answer.

What a Session Is Like

You lie face up on a massage table, fully clothed, close your eyes, and rest. You are not asked to do anything, visualise anything, or believe anything in particular.

The session itself runs around 30 minutes, with time before to talk about what has brought you and time afterwards to reflect on what you noticed. People report a wide range of experiences, and some notice very little at the time and more in the days that follow.

Because the work is not dependent on touch, Reconnective Healing can also be offered at a distance.

Sessions and Fees

Sessions are 75 minutes and cost $110, by appointment.
